Such as but not limited to technical information about your device(s), system and application software, and peripherals that are gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) related to the services.

If you provide us feedback or contact us via email, we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in the email, to assist in sending you a reply.

Lending decisions are not made by Precise Processing and Precise Processing has no liability in connection with any decisions made regarding your eligibility for a loan, the terms of any loan, or any financing actually received.
Disclosure of Your Personal Information
We disclose your or your client’s Personal Information as described below and as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
Necessary Parties. We share information with parties that are involved in the loan transaction, such as a mortgage broker, lender, settlement agent, appraiser, title company, insurance provider, inspectors and any other party necessary to process and complete the mortgage loan (collectively, “Necessary Parties”), but only if we believe based upon your actions (including your actions and submissions via our Website) that you intend to interact with such Necessary Parties through your use of our services.
Third-Party Service Providers. We partner with third-party service providers to: (i) provide any products or services you request that we offer through our Website to you; (ii) to conduct quality assurance testing; (iii) to facilitate the creation of accounts; (iv) to provide account authentication and user verification services; or (v) to provide technical support. Identifiable information shared with these providers is limited for the purpose of delivering the above-mentioned services. We do not and will not sell your Personal Information. We will not share your Personal Information with a third party unless you give us permission.
Other Disclosures. Storage Of Information
Except as noted in Section XI below, Precise Processing will store your Personal Information for as long as necessary or in accordance with a document retention policy, including to comply with any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Unless compliance has not yet been met or a longer retention period is required by applicable law, personal data will be retained for no longer than two (2) years following the fulfillment of the purpose for which the data was collected. Precise Processing has implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. Precise Processing also uses industry standard measures designed to keep your data secure. Precise Processing deletes personal data using secure, industry-standard methods, including deletion from cloud servers, overwriting or reformatting of storage devices, and secure removal of database entries in line with Precise Processing’s IT protocols. However, Precise Processing cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat those measures or use your Personal Information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your Personal Information at your own risk. Precise Processing also assumes no responsibility for loss of information, including information that is permanently deleted either through the actions of an employee or consultant or other person who has access to the information, through failures of a computer network, or through any policy or directive of Precise Processing for destruction of data. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users consistent with applicable breach notification laws. We may send an email to you at the email address you have provided to us in the event of a security breach. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing.
Your Choices Regarding Your Information
Email Communication. We will periodically send you emails that contain information about resources and services we feel may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving further emails from us at any time by emailing us at admin@preciseprocessing.com or by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email you receive. Note that we may still send you certain administrative communications.
Changing or Deleting Your Personal Information. You may change any of your Personal Information in your account at any time. While your decision to rectify, delete, restrict or withdraw your Personal Information will be respected, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, Precise Processing may not be in a position to continue providing its services and you shall be notified of such before completing the processing of your request. You may also contact us via email at admin@preciseprocessing.com or via regular mail at the address listed in Section XIII (“How to Contact Us”) to request that we rectify, delete, restrict or withdraw your Personal Information, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request, but please note that we may be required to keep such information and not delete it (or to keep such information for a certain time to comply with our legal, accounting or reporting requirements, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives. We may also retain your information for fraud prevention or similar purposes. Transfer Of Information
User information is properly considered an asset of a business. Precise Processing makes no guarantees as to whether such entity will treat your information in accordance with the Terms of Use (including the Privacy Policy) and disclaims any liability arising out of such entity’s failure to do so. This same provision is applicable for each affiliate of Precise Processing.

California Privacy Rights
This section provides additional details for California residents and describes their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (the “CPRA”). This section does not apply to personal information that is collected, processed, sold, or disclosed pursuant to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (and its implementing regulations) or the California Financial Information Privacy Act.
